VOUCHERS:

 

If this voucher is a gift for someone you can either enter their email address and the order confirmation will be sent directly to them or you can enter your email address and forward it/gift it in printed format at a later date.

Voucher terms of Use

 

• This voucher is valid for redemption in Vegivores Caversham only. It may be used for takeaway purchases if ordered in advance and collected directly by the voucher holder. 

• All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers not used within this 12-month period will thereafter be null and void with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend voucher validity beyond the stated 12-month validity period.

• All vouchers being used for dine in must be booked in advance and the order confirmation email serving as the vouchers must be presented in a printed/on screen format at the start of your dining experience (your order receipt and it's reference number will serve this purpose).

• Reservations are subject to availability. Please make your reservation through our website in the usual way and mention in the comments that you will be redeeming a voucher.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-replaceable.

• Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction. If there is any remaining monetary value left on a voucher after a meal, this remaining total is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be forfeited automatically.

VEGIVORES AT HOME CHRISTMAS MENU:

• Orders must be placed by 9pm on Tuesday 20th December.

• Orders can be collected from Vegivores Caversham between 9am and 5pm on Christmas Eve.

• No appointment is necessary and your order confirmation email with order number must be presented in a printed or on screen format to act as proof of purchase.

VEGIVORES CHRISTMAS STOCKING FILLERS/SELECTION BOXES:

• Orders for collection on Saturday 17th December (between 10am and 10pm) must be placed by 9pm on Tuesday 13th December .

• Orders ​for collection on Saturday 24th December (between 9am and 5pm) must be placed by 9pm on Tuesday 20th December .

• No appointment is necessary and your order confirmation email with order number must be presented in a printed or on screen format to act as proof of purchase.

• No personalisation, customisation, substitution or otherwise from the advertised product will be possible.
